Our Products

All our pasta is made in Italy using “00” flour and free range egg for our Premium Deli Range, and the most exquisite ingredients for the fillings. We believe in traditional methods of production.

Filled Pasta (250g)

Butternut Squash and Sage Tortelli.

The sweetness of the butternut squash is contrasted by the bite of the sage in an all time favourite and best-seller.

Spinach, Ricotta & Walnut Ravioli

The spinach is matched with the crunchy texture and full flavour of walnuts, a rich and well rounded balance, wrapped in silky square shaped pasta.

Asparagus & Pecorino Tortelli

Delicate and subtle in flavour, the delicious asparagus is blended to perfection with Pecorino cheese for the filling, wrapped in silky round shaped pasta.

Handmade Tremosine Cheese Tortei

Garda Tremosine (DOP) from the Garda Lake is blended with 3 regional cheeses achieving a unique sumptuous flavour, wrapped by hand in a silky pasta tortei (tortelloni).

You can tell if you have a good quality extra virgin olive oil; it solidifies when chilled in the fridge to 4°C.

good fresh pasta is made with egg, not water?

Typically mainstream "fresh" pasta use less than 5% egg and add water to create moisture. Our pasta use a minimum of 20% free range egg on our Premium Deli Range so we don't need to add any extra water.
